Not able to update

    I am trying to update my Event Tickets Plus but it is saying I am out of license keys. When I check I am only installed on one domain. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall to fix this? Everytime I try to update the plugins my site say “Down for maintenance” and then takes about ten minutes before it will let me log back in

    Hi Ralph,

    Thanks for getting in touch–so sorry to hear that your license keys are giving you trouble here! It looks like your keys may still be activated on an older development version of your site, and they may need to be migrated to the new site URL. Our Knowledgebase article on moving license keys will walk you through the process of removing your existing activations and activating each key again–would you mind taking a moment to follow the steps and letting us know if this resolves your issue? You won’t need to reinstall any plugins or reconfigure any settings after completing this process. Give it a try, and let us know how it goes! 🙂
