Not able to import from other URL

I see that others are having issues and I’ve reviewed your advice from those support topics, but I still only have the CVS import available when I am importing events from another site via a url (http://augusthillwinery.com/events/).

Here is what I have done so far today to no avail.

– updated event calendar plugin
– purchased renewal for event aggregator
– inserted new license key and received the license is valid green message
– enabled the event log and received message that selected log file is empty
– have the “0 imports used out of 0 available today” message in the system status
– removed all transients on our site using the WP Rocket plugin

Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry about this issue.

After you inserted the license key and received the green message did you also click on Save settings to save it?

If the license key is not saved, then Event Aggregator will not kick in.

Check and let me know.

Yes, I did save the settings at the time.

Our programmer read on another ticket that it took 24 hours after removing transients and that seems to be the case for us too. Import was not working this morning, but is working now.
