Are you finding a problem if you go to Downloads → Payment History then check the box for the relevant order and use the bulk actions dropdown to change the status (ie, Set to Cancelled)?
You can also edit the order and change the status that way if you prefer.
Can you clarify if that works for you, or what problem you are hitting if it doesn’t?

Perfect thanks! That works perfect. I always went into the payment and tried to Change the Status, whicht didnt work. This works now.I now got the Problem that im booked out but have 2 cancelled tickets in it? Why dont they get free to book again?

MemberBecause cancelling an order (or refunding an order) doesn’t always mean the person is not attending. However, you should be able to select those entries on the attendee list and use the Delete bulk action – does that help?

Thats right! But i just want to delete it if theres not any option left. Just want to keep the data that i know there was one cancelled.
Is there no way else?

MemberI’m not clear about the problem – you can remove attendees from the attendee list with the delete bulk action … is the difficulty that the stock levels have not automatically adjusted when you cancelled the orders?
If so, it’s worth bearing in mind that – by design – manual changes to order require manual stock updates (this is a facet of WooCommerce itself).

ParticipantHi Barry. Thats right. I can remove an attendee from the attendee list with the delete bulk action, but theyre listed in the attendee list (see http://1drv.ms/SEUgfx)
The Problem is now that this does not adjust and opens for new orders.

MemberYes, sorry – I realize you are using EDD but often work with people using WooCommerce Tickets and, well, that just slipped out 🙂
Can you confirm where you are seeing that screenshot? Is that in the attendee list screen (if so, I can’t replicate the same thing – when I delete attendee entries those rows disappear entirely … is it possible there is a theme or plugin conflict there?).
