Not able to activate the new version of Facebook imports

My license key should be valid until mid-2017.

Hi Rhonda,

Thanks for contacting us and apologies for the confusion.

The error message is a little misleading but the basic problem is that you have used your Community Events license key twice: once for Community Events itself and again for Event Aggregator.

Each key only works for one product, however, so what you need to do is enter the correct key for Event Aggregator. You can find this by visiting the My Account → License Keys page.
