Nonprofit business license

Hey there. My nonprofit client uses Events Calendar PRO and needs to renew their Business license. They have two different websites for two different branches of their organization, but they are both apart of the same nonprofit. We recently found out about your nonprofit discount program, and we applied for it and were approved.

I am trying to renew their Business license so they can continue to use PRO on both sites, but the coupon code won’t work (only on a Personal license). Is it possible to get another code that will be applicable on a Business license? Thanks!
