    Hello,
We have been approved for 502 c3 non-profit status, and it looks like one of our products has expired. Can you let me know where we can update this, and what you need? We have a letter of exemption from the irs that states this. We have two products we’re paying for, and checked that we could add our status before paying for them. I will try to create an extra reply that’s set as private and attach the letter.
    Thanks,
    Wendy

“If you prefer not to share your files with the world then please be sure to set your reply as private.”
I don’t see where to set this reply as private, and don’t want to share non-profit status documents with the world! Let me know how to proceed.

    Hi, Wendy.

Our Pre-Sales forum doesn’t allow Private Replies.

Please reference our help article, Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations?

You’ll need to follow those instructions, and your application will be re-evaluated according to our current policies.

    Thank you.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
