    I sent an email several weeks ago with the required paperwork to show our church status. It said I would receive a response with in a week, I think its been a month. Were we able to get the upgrade to events pro? Please let me know, Thank you

    We received your inquiry on January 13, replied on January 18, and our system shows the email was opened on January 19.

    I’ve re-sent that email so you can more easily find it (or get it for the first time).
