Andy
GuestGood morning
We are a major non-profit organisation providing a helpline service for those affected by dementia across Australia.
As part of our service, we are required to offer our clients details of dementia-related events, support group meetings and training/educational programmes occurring throughout the country.
I would like to trial Events Calendar Pro to evaluate whether it might meet our need to combine multiple sources of event data into one easily-searched application.
I note that you offer free access for non-profit organisations to Event Calendar Pro, but given the number of sources of information we have to deal with, we would also need an ICal import function. I can’t find reference to whether you also offer this free for non-profits as we would unfortunately not be in a position to pay for any new IT applications at this stage.
Grateful for any assistance you can provide.
Kind regards
Andy Barton

MemberHi there Andy,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our plugins 🙂
As you point out we do have a Nonprofit Partnership program that allows approved organizations to use Events Calendar PRO for free, as well as providing discounts on our other plugins like iCal Importer. You can read our Nonprofit Program Knowledgebase article to get all the details. On that page you’ll find a link to our application form with further instructions.
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you!

GuestHi Nico
Thanks for your reply.
I had read your non-profit knowledge base article already but can’t see anything referring to extra plugin.
Without iCal we would be unlikely to require Events Calendar as this is a basic requirement for us.
Could you please provide more specific information as to how much discount you would offer for iCal? I cannot proceed with any application without an idea of potential costs as we have a very closely held and small budget.
Regards
Andy

It’s a 30% off for other plugins you might need (if the application is approved) other than Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. Please note the application is reviewed by a human who decides case-by-case if the organization fits our program.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
