ParticipantHi,
A year ago we applied for a licence for Events Calendar PRO and the EventBrite plugin for our non-proft organisation and got it rsgs.org. However, the key is now appearing as expired, but we were informed that we got automatic updates.
Can you please advise on how to get this rectified as we have an event coming up tomorrow that we really need to put on the site?
Please let us know ASAP how to get this resolved.
Thanks.

ParticipantHey @miconexrsgs,
I’m sorry to hear about these issues! I investigated your licenses and found that the Events Calendar Pro license for your account actually expired on November 25, 2015. The only license currently active still is the Eventbrite Tickets license, which is active until February 18 of this year, 2016.
What’s interesting is that the Eventbrite license is being used on rsgs.org, but the Events Calendar Pro license is registered to http://www.pixielee.co.uk
I tried to go to this http://www.pixielee.co.uk website, as at first glance the domain name doesn’t seem like one belonging to non-profit’s site, but I went to the domain name and nothing loads.
1. Can you explain what’s going on here, with the licenses on different domain names?
2. Can you clarify which plugin you need renewed?
Thank you!

ParticipantHi George,
Thanks for that. It was a developer that originally set this up that no longer works here, so i’m not 100% why its registered to a different site, it was always used on RSGS. We really need both plugins licences renewed. But the Eventbrites one especially as we have a big event coming up that we would like to use and we dont want it to expire in the middle of us selling tickets.
Is it possible to move the Events Calendar Pro plugin to the rsgs.org site, and get the licence renewed for that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks for the elaboration here; I’ve gone ahead and extended the license for Eventbrite Tickets for another year, and generated an all-new Events Calendar Pro license for you to use.
I have deleted the old Events Calendar Pro license that your developer was using; if that person has access to your account here on http://theeventscalendar.com, I would recommend changing your account password, as your Non-Profit licenses are only for you and your Non-Profit organization and if you prevent them from accessing your account it might help prevent further abuse of the license.
(To be clear, I’m not accusing you of abuse! And “abuse” is a rather strong word, anyways–I just mean that they seem to have added the license on another, un-approved site, which regardless of our policies would also mean that the license’s one URL slot is filled by that domain, preventing you from using it.)
I hope this helps! Check out your account pages at http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys and http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads for licenses and file downloads, respectively.
Thank you,
