    It seems our non-profit licenses are not working (Events Calendar Pro, Event Tickets Plus). It’s not clear on the renewals page if the can be renewed from there. I also have bug report to file in the Event Tickets Plus forum but can’t because I don’t have valid licenses.

    After checking out those 2 pages, please email support at theeventscalendar.com with your specifics because non-profit licensing is handled via email.
