Non-Profit Events Calendar per club

Hi, I was wondering if you can put multiple calendars on one wordpress site? We are creating a website for a non profit with multiple clubs with different schedules. Before we purchase we wanted to check we can have this as an option?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

There aren’t multiple calendars that could be used on different pages of the site, however you could mimic this functionality by taking advantage of the Event Categories. You could create a category for each club and then link directly to the events archive for those categories.

You can test if this works for you in our Free plugin available on the WordPress.org repository.

We are looking to purchase your calendar. We are a non-profit with one main site and hundreds of coaches across the US that would be adding events on the calendar (we our approval). We want to make sure we are getting the right plugin. Do we need Pro and Community Events or just Community Events plugin?

Because of amount of users and site traffic – not sure if we need to look at the that?

Hey JaDee,

Based on what you’re describing, it sounds like you only need the Community Events plugin. This will handle the front-end submissions along with the approval requirement for them to be published.

If you’re looking for additional functionality such as recurring events or additional views ( Photo, Week, Map, etc. ) for the calendar, that would be when you would need the PRO version of the plugin.
