Non Profit Application Form – Cannot attach the IRS Proof file

I am trying to apply for The Events Calendar for our 501(c)3 organization and failing. I have filled in the form. For the IRS proof I have tried to attach a .pdf file and alternatively a .jpg file. Neither were acceptable. The filled form is rejected and the error says “There was a problem with your submission. See below.” I see a red cross near the bottom alongside the (correct) name of the file. The “Choose File” box reverts to “No File Chosen”.
What type of file do I need to supply? How do I submit my application?

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

The form accepts these files doc,pdf,jpeg,jpg,png with a 2mb limit.

What is the size of your file?

Let me know and we can go from there.

My .pdf file is 419k. My .jpg file was 310k.
I tried with latest versions of IE/Firefox/Chrome.
The Choose File button finds the file and puts the name in the box.
After the failure, the red X message lists the correct name.
Perhaps I can send you the application some other way?

Ok how strange.

I tested out the form and it is working for me.

I did miss checking the boxes above the Organization Name the first time.

Can you verify that all the fields are filled in? (not trying to point out the obvious just trying to go through all the steps)

If it is still not working I can provide an alternative method.

Now I feel like an idiot. And, very old . . .
I didn’t check the boxes. I thought they were just bullet points in the description.
My application is submitted successfully now.
