No zip file, event ticket plus

I just purchase the event ticket plus for WP
My download doesn’t have a zip file: but instead a series of folders. I assume it is already unzipped, however, I tried to zip the files & uploading that, but it did not work. I do not use an ftp, because I do not know how.

Can someone at MT please send me the correct download, with the zip file.
Can you assist please? Link to the download (all folders, no zip file).

Hi @Haye,

Are you downloading the files in the Safari web browser, by any chance? If so, this browser often will un-zip Zip files by default.

I would recommend trying to download in another browser, or using these steps to disable that auto-opening feature of Safari: https://wiki.umbc.edu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=31919091
