no transaction emails

    Hi, i have set up woocommerce and the ticketing system. I have run a few test purchases and i am not receiving any emails confirming the orders or even confirming payment. i thought maybe it was an issue with the payment gateway but the result is the same even for a free ticket i set up. I am in Kenya and using Pesapal as my gateway.
    I is an issue with the events plugin or is it an issue with woocommerce itself?
    Need help…

    Howdy Calvin,

    I would love to help you with this.

    It sounds like WordPress might just not be able to send emails. Have you received any emails from your WP Install? You might even try a plugin like this to check and see if it’s working: https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

    Please let me know if that looks to be the cause.
