No ticket on event, no field to add license key, nothing working.

It’s the same problem as this chap.

No "add license" field for wootickets addon (purchased addon not working)

I just bought, installed and added a ticket to an event.
The ticket didn’t show up on the event. The price that was on there as part of the header disappeared. I figured maybe it was because I hadn’t added the code. When I followed the activation tutorial to add it I saw there wasn’t actually a field for me to add the code into.
So at the moment it’s doing nothing except taking the price point off my events.
Any suggestions?

ok, I’ve been messing about with this and found a solution to part of it. It’s quite complex so pay attention…ahem…I deactivated the plugin, then reactivated it lol 😀

That solved the problem of the ticket not showing up/being purchasable on the event, however; there is still no way to add the license key in in settings. No problem as long as I can submit my code on the site and get manual updates.

Hi!

You’re right – there is a current bug that prevents the license key field from appearing. The good news though is that this should be resolved in our very next maintenance release and you can then benefit from automated updates once more.

In the meantime no other functionality will be affected – but we are sorry for the inconvenience and, again, a fix will be with you soon 🙂

Thanks for this. I was trying to work out the same issue of the license key! Please let us know when a fix has been applied and we can update the plugin to go PRO! 🙂
