ParticipantHi,
When a ticket is bought, then we choose “processed” and then a ticket mail is send to the customer. But in the mail there is nothing – no text in the email and no pdf attached – just a blank email.
We can then in woocommerce choose “Resend tickets” and then they get the mail with text and pdf ticket. How do we fix this?
Best regards
Miki

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with the initial email being sent.
One thing that sticks out is the use of the PDF ticket extension. First, I would try disabling that, create a $0 event and then go through the process of purchasing a ticket. If that works, then we have isolated it to that extension.
If not, can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Brendan
So I used the WP Staging as you recommended and tested the plugins. If i deactive the plugin “WooCommerce Multilingual” Then the ticket mail is send with the pdf. So I guess that plugin is the trouble maker…. What do I do from here?
Best regards

KeymasterHi there,
Thank you for writing back.
I know customers have used this plugin in the past and it was working, however, it’s not officially supported since its a 3rd party extension so not guaranteed to work with our plugin.
You can try heading over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Using the button that forces language assignment to items. This can also be accomplished by deactivating and reactivating WPML.
Lastly, if those things do not work, you can downgrade to a version where this was working to keep both functionalities.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
