ParticipantHello support team, referreing to support ticket 1251733-42640-53d9f66372, I have fixed the problem on my homepage not working thanks to a new hosting company that got into the code and fixed it. One advice: get you support real by looking into the code at the customer yourself instead of endless advices. I don’t need an answer on this one though. My problem is the following.
It is mentioned already in the previous topic I started but When I open a specific events post, the text entered in the description area, the main post area, does not show.
http://koiquestion.com/event/koiziekte-microscopie-praktijk
http://koiquestion.com/event/zna-belgian-koi-show-tuin-en-vijverdagen-2017
Secondly: This last one isn’t showing on the calendar with upcoming events while the date is correct in 2017?
Hope to get some good support on this one. Had many problems now, but love the software in total and would love to get it live now.
Kindest regards,
Tiebo

KeymasterHello Tiebo and welcome back,
I’m really sorry if you were disappointed with our support before and hope we will be able to provide you with more satisfactory help in the future.
the text entered in the description area, the main post area, does not show.
The descriptions don’t show because it is hidden with css. This is the part in question:
#tribe-events .tribe-events-content p, .tribe-events-after-html p, .tribe-events-before-html p { display: none !important; }Once you remove that, or at least the first selector (#tribe-events .tribe-events-content p,), the descriptions should be visible.
Secondly: This last one isn’t showing on the calendar with upcoming events while the date is correct in 2017?
I checked your calendar and could see that event in photo view, month view and list view as well. Here’s a screenshot on that:
Or should I be looking somewhere else?
Cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
