I’ve got a serious issue regarding the events calendar pro. Hoping you can help me resolve this quickly.
I installed the plugins on http://www.koiquestion.com/events and ask is ready and set, but …
I created event categories, and the events are all assigned a category. So far so good. Then I created a menu out of the event categories. But now, when I select a menu item on http://www.koiquestion.com/events , only one or few of the upcoming events are being showed while there are more events fitting this criteria.
Also on the /events page not all upcoming events are shown. In this mode subcategories are selected.
Extra question: I would like to change the list view as shown under the map view in photo view but can’t find how.

Thanks for reaching out! I’ll be happy to help you get this resolved.
You can edit the template for the list view by following these instructions to copy it over to your child theme and editing it from there. You can find it at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list.php.
I’m not exactly sure what you are referring to as far as the menu of event categories…do you mean the Filter Bar that appears on the left-hand side? If so, could you give me an example of a category that is not showing all events?
Regarding the issue where all upcoming events are not shown: can you go under Events > Settings > General and increase the “Number of events to show per page” setting and see if that resolves this for you (see screenshot)? You said “In this mode subcategories are selected.” Is this issue only occurring when you have selected subcategories (meaning that there are more events for that particular subcategory than are being displayed), or are you not seeing all upcoming events in general?

Thanks for the help. I send the instructions to my website designer hoping he can fix the problem regarding the listview to photoview.
The other issue i figured out by now. The events were not showing in the calendar view and listings beneath them because no coordinates where entered in the venue location.I did fill them out earlier but I think when re-importing the Facebook events, it takes the GPS coordinates away because the events get overwritten is it?
1. However I do havce another issue regarding the events showing up. Namely when choosing a filter, the events get placed more down in the screen or are showing on top of the other. Please try to use the filter at http://www.koiquestion.com/events
2. The order of the venues shown is in columns from the top down and then from right to left. But could I change this from left to right and then the next line and so on?

I’m glad to hear you got one of the issues resolved!
There is a setting to overwrite the events during an import under Events > Settings > Imports (see this knowledge article for more info on configuring import settings).
I see what you mean regarding the events being pushed down when the filter is open. Can you try going under Events > Settings > Display and changing the settings forĀ Default stylesheet used for events templates andĀ Events Template to see if that makes a difference?
I’m not sure what you are referring to as far as changing the venue order…I’m not seeing venues as an enabled option in the filter bar (see screenshot). Can you send me a link/screenshot of where you’d like to make this change?
