MemberHi – sorry you’re experiencing difficulties.
So, just to confirm, you should be able to grab the WooCommerce Tickets plugin in .zip form from our tri.be/my-account/downloads page. I just tested that to be sure there wasn’t a problem and was able to successfully download a .zip containing the plugin – but please let me know if you are experiencing something else.
From there you can normally login to your WordPress site and navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload and simply upload the .zip file. Does that clarify things at all?

MemberHi Beck,
To be honest I’m not entirely sure what you mean and think there might be some confusion here. Let’s take things one step at a time.
I’ve downloaded this over 10 times and still there are no zip codes in the file. Maybe i’m looking in the wrong folder were a bouts is the zip file in the down load?
So you should be able to download a .zip file for WooCommerce Tickets from our downloads page and that file normally will be named something like this:
wootickets.3.6.zipThis file doesn’t contain other zips or zip codes, however. Normally all you need to do is login to your WordPress site and upload it, via the Plugins → Add New → Upload admin screen.
Does that clarify things?

ParticipantWhen I download wootickets.3.6.zip It dose not down load as a zip file in it nor is it a zip file… I know how to upload a plug in but I can’t do it if there is no zip file. If I could post you a photo on here I would show you… it is a just a normal folder which is called wootickets

MemberAhh, I see. Thanks for clarifying.
Is it possible your browser or some other app is automatically unzipping it? Can you try some browser other than the one you normally use and see if that allows you to download the .zip without interference?

MemberAwesome!
I’ll go ahead and close this thread, but if we can help with anything else please don’t hesitate to open new threads as needed … and, if you have a moment and wished to leave a review about your experiences with The Events Calendar so far, we’d love to hear from you 🙂
Thanks again!
