No option to enter a venue or an event organizer ai new event at Backend

Hi, I hope it can be helped quickly. I have installed the latest updates of “The Event Calendar + The Event Calendar Pro”. Likewise, I have WP run under 4.8. If I want to create a new event, I have no way to enter a venue or an event organizer. The selection fields at the input are not visible. The text input is also white and can not be edited. Do they have a hint how I can fix the error?
