    Hi guys,

    Before the woocommerce upgrade a little while back, when I manually resent customer tickets, it would be added into the respective woocommerce order’s notes.

    I remember there were a few troubles with the “resend tickets” dropdown menu, so was wondering whether this is related. Currently I have to load separate screens/websites to check whether email was manually sent yet or not.

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for the email and this is a new issue I’m hearing about. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
