No licenses tab?

    Hi! I’ve installed The Events Calendar and have purchased licenses for Community Events and Facebook Events. I have found my and copied my license keys for the add-ons but when I visit the Settings page of the calendar plugin, there is no license tab and apparently no other place to input the license keys. Help?

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for purchasing the plugins and sorry for the trouble!

    A missing license tab is often the result of running different versions of The Events Calendar with the premium add-ons. Are you able to go to your Plugins page and confirm that both The Events Calendar and the premium plugins are running the same version (e.g. 4.1)?

    You can also head to Events > Settings > Help, copy your system information and paste it here as a private reply and I’d be happy to check for you.

    Hello Richard, and thanks for the additional info — that really helps!

    I’m not seeing Events Calendar PRO in that list of installed plugins. Will you please head to your Plugins page and make sure it is installed? That would certainly explain why the Licenses tab is not showing up.

    Ah, I was unaware that the PRO version was required to use the add-ons. Thanks.
