No import at all if events description contain Emoticons?

Hi everybody, I’ve seen that if events contain Emoticons inside description (Facebook events, Google Calendar events or others, even if you import a single ICS file) import will stuck and nothing doesn’t happen. Is this a known issue? How can I find a workaround?

I use this method:

and stuck every time it find emoticon inside Description…
