ParticipantI’m sorry to report that I am back with the exact same problem I reported on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/not-all-events-showing/. I have a fully updated website running WordPress 3.8, Events Calendar Pro 3.3, and Events Calendar 3.3.1. Deleting all browser history and viewing the calendar (http://www.stmatthiaschool.org/calendar/) in Firefox 26, IE 10, and Chrome 31 shows an event full January 2014 but as soon as I click to February, all events are blank. A page refresh shows all the events. I have been experiencing this problem since October and my client is getting a little annoyed about the whole situation. The calendar is the most important feature on their website. Please tell me you have a solution that will fix this once and for all. I will post my System Info as a private message right after this post.

ParticipantHi, highasp. You are indeed seeing a bug in our current release. Our apologies for that.
This all stems from needing to swap out the legacy datepicker that we’ve been relying on for one that works with the current state of things. Unfortunately, this turns out to be a huge lift that affects many aspects of our plugin(s). As such, it’s taking more time than we’d hoped to make sure that everything is in order.
That said, we are aiming for this to ship with the upcoming release that we’re working on at the moment. If there’s any way that we can get an interim solution to you before then, rest assured that we’ll make that happen.
Again, apologies for the issues with February. Please know that this is a top priority for us and we’ll get out a fix as soon as we possibly can.
Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, ggeiger. I apologize that you’re experiencing problems, too.
It’s looks to me that you’ve turned off month view on your site. (The other views show events.)
Would you mind starting a new thread so that we can help you get back in business?
Thanks! 🙂

Participant…ggeiger, it occurs to me that a screenshot might help you see what I mean: http://d.pr/i/8hnR
Please do start a new thread if you’d like further help troubleshooting. 🙂 Thanks!

ParticipantHi, highasp. I have some news to report on the status of our troubleshooting of this bug.
Unfortunately, it looks like this is too fundamental an issue to be resolved with a snippet of code or a quick hotfix. On the other hand, this has lead to a new and much improved datepicker being on the docket to be part of our next scheduled maintenance release. It should hopefully make up for your pains.
We truly appreciate the patience in the interim! 🙂

ParticipantNot sure if this is same issue. Can start new thread if different.
On our monthly calendar, some recurring events in the next month have stopped showing. No pattern I can see. Refreshing the page has no effect.
Here’s calendar: http://www.soslsd.org/support-groups/2014-01/
See the Teen Group and one of the Mission Bay groups disappear when when you go to February. Both groups meet twice every month. In March the Mission Bay groups are back but one of the Teen groups is missing. Those instance are also missing in Admin. I can manually enter the missing groups but it would be helpful to know if it’s something I’m doing or a bug.
Thanks,

ParticipantKelly, I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks for your taking the time to explain exactly what is going on and why this keeps happening. While my client may not understand the technical details, it helps me show them that you are working hard to solve the problem and not just saying ‘we’re working on it, a fix is coming.’ I appreciate that I have something to report back to my client with while we anxiously await the next release. Thank you for your time.

ParticipantHi, highasp. Thank you for your kind note. We really do strive to help wherever we can.
One question for you in the interim, does the behavior change if you switch to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve with all other plugins deactivated? I ask because we’re having trouble replicating your issue on our test bed.
Thanks for your help! 🙂

ParticipantI am having the exact same problem on a local server using only the Event Plugin + Woo Events; however, I am using the Brandon theme from ThemeForest. Originally, I could see events only in the current month, but now I just don’t see any events in the calendar view. For now, I’ll just have it set to “List” view, but I’m anxiously awaiting the update. Please fix this soon!

ParticipantHi Kelly,
Just love the product line up you have with the events calender, still lacking in places(namely recuring tickets with user details collection) but that should hopefully be sorted soon.
Just wondering when the next scheduled maintenance release will be to fix this problem as my client as also run into this. They have also noticed events dropping from the current month if they hit a certain number of events as well. We have currently changed it to display in list mode. But they really want the monthly calender view in asap.
Btw during my poking around in the sql code (before i saw this post and notice you said it was in the html generation side) i did notice that the sql return for the monthly view with recurring events does not filter out events before and after the month being queried.

ParticipantHi, commander1313. Sorry to hear that your site is giving you problems. 🙁 Please start a new topic so that we can help you troubleshoot. This thread is primarily for the purpose of helping highasp, although, of course, we welcome others to follow along in case they are having the same issue.
Thanks for all the feedback, enhanceindustries23. If you wouldn’t mind creating separate threads for each issue, we’d be most grateful. 🙂 Also if there are any features that you’re hoping to see added to the plugins, please vote for them in our UserVoice forum.
As far as the upcoming release is concerned, we can’t commit to specific dates, but we do aim for a monthly release cycle. We’re anticipating it should be well in advance of the issue with events in shorter months disappearing rearing its head again. 🙂

ParticipantI am unable to test deactivating all other plugins and setting the theme for Twenty Twelve at the moment. This is a very active live site. I will attempt to do this over the weekend and let you know what happens.
