I use Easy WP SMTP to ensure emails/tickets/etc get delivered properly from my WP sites. It’s super easy to set up and has a handy testing tool built right in!

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. My client hasn’t placed in her SMTP settings, so there hasn’t been any update with it yet. would I be able to use my email and test it out that way?
You could activate it (the SMTP plugin) and supply credentials for a mailbox under your control then run a test purchase for one of the tickets, then deactivate afterwards.
