    Hi There, my client is not receiving email notifications once customer has filled out the fieldset form.

    Is this possible or is there a setting missing?

    Hella 🙂

    I use Easy WP SMTP to ensure emails/tickets/etc get delivered properly from my WP sites. It’s super easy to set up and has a handy testing tool built right in!

    Hi, thank you for your suggestion. My client hasn’t placed in her SMTP settings, so there hasn’t been any update with it yet. would I be able to use my email and test it out that way?

    Hi Cim,

    Yes – I don’t see why not.

    You could activate it (the SMTP plugin) and supply credentials for a mailbox under your control then run a test purchase for one of the tickets, then deactivate afterwards.

    I tried linking up the smtp and there was a fail connection.

    Ive talked to GoDaddy, and ‘they say’ the emails are working.

    This issue is still up in the air. I’ll have to wait for a response from my client.
