Aggregator is not actually something you download, but instead enter your license key under Events > Settings > Licenses > Event Aggregator, then save. Once you do that, you can go to Events > Import, and you should see the new import options.
Hi Jennifer
I think the problem is that I originally installed the license under the domain downtownFTmyers.com. Since then we are redirecting that domain to downtownFORTmyers.com. I seem to be unable to activate it under the new domain as I cannot access the old one to remove the license. Is there a way you can remove that from the original domain so I can install it on the new one?
Thanks,
Frank
You should actually be able to use the Event Aggregator license on up to 10 sites, as long as you stay under the 100 import limit. But, I’m actually showing your new domain downtownFORTmyers.com as the one the license is active on. Are you not able to see any import options as shown in this screenshot, or are imports failing?
One other thing to double check is that the license is entered next to Event Aggregator under Events > Settings > Licenses and not next to one of our other plugins. This is an easy mistake to make and actually happens frequently, so I wanted to make sure I pointed that out as well!
Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
