No categories and Search bar is a mess

Hi! On our events summary page, I’m just noticing today that our search bar is no longer displaying properly. Site is here: http://nhaa.net/events/category/district-events/

We are sorry to hear about messy display issue you have been experiencing.
I would love to help you with this topic.

In our most recent update, it looks like some of our users (including those using the X theme) have reported some odd display issues.

 

However, as you know, we do not offer support for our free plugin in this forum.
If you don’t mind, in the future, for any bug could you please post your questions over here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar ?
