No \\\'back to calendar\\\' link at top of single event post?

I realise the latest release (4.3.3) is very new and even the demo here is out-of-date but I’m using AVADA theme which has it’s own demo and on both my install and the AVADA demo there is no longer an “< All Events” or ‘Back to Calendar’ link at the top of a single event page/post. Therefore no way to go back to the main/default calendar view without using main site navigation.
It looks like it’s in the template but dose not display on the post/page.

Any ideas, anyone?

Sorry – it looks like the theme I’m using has created it’s own styling for the single event page and have decided to leave off this link for some reason – so, not an issue with the plugin at all.
