No "+" and "-" signs on the Event page – Only in Chrome

Hi,

I’ve created multiple events, this one for example:
http://www.musicalsara.nl/event/musical-sara-18-april-2015/

When opening this page on Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox, it’s fine. But when opening on Chrome, it doesn’t display the + and – signs to raise or lower the amount of tickets that you’d like to order.

I’m using The Events Calendar PRO and WooTickets, both up to date.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue?

Hi there, JG! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here with the quantity controls in the ticket form.

It looks like the following CSS is overriding the WooTickets CSS:

.cart .quantity input.plus, .cart .quantity input.minus {
display: none!important
}

That’s coming from the woocommerce.css file in your theme directory. If you remove that, then the buttons will show back up. 🙂

Hey JG, it’s been a while so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread.

I also want to let you know that a recent update to WooCommerce (2.3.x) has had an impact on the quantity controls for all WooCommerce products, including tickets. You can read more about that here, including some workarounds.
