Next/previous month links not showing above calendar

I’d be grateful for some advice please.

The next or previous month links (e.g. << September | November >>) are no longer showing above the calendar for some reason. The entire block of code starting with <!-- Header Navigation --> is not present in the source code.

The URL to the page is https://drinkanddrugsnews.com/events/

Please see a screen capture at the following URL from one of my other sites where they ARE showing correctly, – just to illustrate what’s missing on the site where they aren’t showing.

I can’t see any settings that would cause this, or any changes to CSS etc.

This appears to be a conflict with the site theme (Newspaper 8), but I’m unable to see a way to fix this unfortunately, so would be grateful for any advice please.
