ParticipantHi there,
the “Next week”-button makes the spinner show up and doesn’t load the upcoming week.
There seems to be a jquery-issue but I have no clue what to do about it.
Activating another theme (Twenty Seventeen) didn’t help. Neither did unchecking other plugins.
Do I miss anything? Does this issue sound familiar?Thank you for your help,

KeymasterHi Cezar,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the calendar. I will try to help you get this sorted.
The error is saying that it’s unable to connect to the site’s ajax file. I have seen various javascript errors in conjunction with the fusion builder before, though I can’t recall if this one in particular was one of those problems.
Is it possible that I could see this happening with the Twenty Seventeen theme activated and all other plugins deactivated? If you do not have a staging site, you can use the WP Staging plugin to quickly generate one.
If you do go that route, there is a setting in the plugin that allows people to see the generated staging site without being logged in. If you could check that, and share a link to the staging site with me, I will take a look.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Sky,
thanks for getting back to me!
I changed the live site to Twenty Seventeen and deactivated all plugins except “The Events Calendar”, “The Events Calendar Pro”, “Fusion Core” and “Fusion Builder”.
As I use a shortcode to get the calendar onto the site ([tribe_events view=”week”]), I can’t turn “Fusion Core” or “Fusion Builder” off.
Does that make sense to you? Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
Unfortunately, it’s likely that the issue is with one of the “Fusion” plugins. You can try just putting the shortcode on a test page to see if it works with those plugins disabled.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Sky,
ok, it seems like this is an issue with the shortcode or the view.
[tribe_this_week] works, even with all plugins turned on: http://www.jiva-anandyoga.com/yoga/studio/test/
[tribe_events view=”week”] doesn’t work: http://www.jiva-anandyoga.com/yoga/studio/stundenplan/
Where is the difference and what are my options?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
Can you confirm for me whether or not you checked it with all plugins disabled, including the two Fusion plugins? And if so, what was the result?
Thanks,

ParticipantHey,
I tried [tribe_events view=”week”] with all plugins disabled (including the two Fusion plugins) and it still didn’t work.
[tribe_this_week] works with enabled plugins, as you can see here: http://www.jiva-anandyoga.com/yoga/studio/test/Thanks,

ParticipantHey Sky,
thank you for getting back to me!
I was about to follow your instructions from your previous mail and realized, that there are two updates for “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar Pro” plugins. I updated and suddenly the calendar loads the next weeks as it is supposed to do.
So problem solved. 🙂Thank you for the update and your time!
Cheers,

KeymasterCezar,
Great! I’m glad the updates took care of your issues!
Please let us know if you have any issues or questions in the future.
Thanks,
