New user registration and joining fee -payment

Hello,
we are currently setting up a site that has a joining fee for registered members. Is it possible that 1) the new user/member fills their company info to the registration form, 2) pays the joining fee, and 3) then they will get automatically their user ID and PW for their profile page from the system?
