New to this and having challenges!

I have tested and used the free version of Events and saw the benefits of upgrading to pro which I did.
Paid the money followed the instructions and the only thing that has worked is the recurring feature.
I don’t have the tabs as per the video, have searched the forums and can’t find a help desk 🙁
Very disappointed that there is no email support. If I was a computer geek and understood all the lingo I probably would have written the coding myself however not the case. Could be just me but I love things to work easily and be explained to me in my kind of thought process. Now that said and done can anyone please help me it would be much appreciated. I am doing this to help the community have seen what the free version does and love it! My utmost & fullest respect to those that spent hours and hours developing it. I would love to see an easy solution to what I have done wrong, happy for anyone to call me stupid just looking for a result! Would love the login feature for members to put up their own events and as a bonus the facebook event import thingy would be a bonus….

Can you give me more information about the tabs feature? Can you show me the video that demonstrates this?

We have two premium plugins to offer the functionality you are looking for!

The Community Events plugin allows users or the anonymous public to submit events.

The Facebook Events plugin allows for integration, importing and syncing with Facebook Pages’ events.
