ParticipantTo work around the calendar not supporting reoccurring ticketing I have been manual taking the events out of the sequence and adding tickets to them. For some reason this morning after I updated it no longer allows me to add tickets. It moves the event to the ticketed category, but after clicking save ticket it loads for a bit and then vanishes. It’s showing my capacity, but no tickets for sale.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing issues with the tickets. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

ParticipantI tried testing for conflicts, but couldn’t find any. It wouldn’t allow me to create tickets without Woocommerce, so I wasn’t able to test for conflict with that plugin.

KeymasterHi there,
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.
Send me what errors you are receiving.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Those errors do not look like they are from the debug file. Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.
You can upload the debug log here.
Thanks,

ParticipantMy site is being hosted by wordpress, so I don’t have access to the files to even turn debugging on. I have tried to get help from there end, but all of the info they are sending looks like the first attachment. I saw on another thread that rolling back to Event Tickets 4.7 fixed the issue. Is there a place where and can find that file and reinstall the plugin?

KeymasterHi there,
Yes, if you go into your account and click My Account > Downloads. You will be able to select a previous version in the dropdown and download that version. Then you will deactivate and remove the current plugin and install the older version. This will not delete any of your data.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
