    The new Ticket Fieldsets is a brilliant new feature and I’ve added them to my RSVP tickets. Everything seems to work in admin but nothing is affected on the actual web pages – you just get the default name and email fields.

    This is an exciting new feature…but I do need it to work!! Thanks

    Hey Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I did some testing on this one to see if I could recreate.ย When on the front-end, looking at the tickets, try increasing the number of tickets that you will be purchasing. The additional ticket information should show up once the number of tickets to be purchased is greater than 0.

    Ah right, OK! So the issue is with the default form still showing. I was expecting it to replace the default. I will add display:none to that part of it. Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey Steve,

    I’m not sure I follow the solution with hiding the original form. Do the additional meta fields show when you hide your other form?

    Yes, they are completely separate to each other. This also means that a fix will be simple to incorporate in another update. ๐Ÿ˜‰
