ParticipantHi, so when a new ticket is purcchasd. It creates the order in woocommerce. But the order is set to Processing as its status. And this seems to be causing the Events to be set to a status of Awaiting Review.
Why cant this all just be finalized. The person paid, it should just be done at that.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you have any solutions you recommend?
Thanks. Bodhi

KeymasterHi Bodhi,
Thanks for reaching out!
By default, WooCommerce will auto-complete orders that only contain virtual-downloadable products, and while tickets are virtual WooCommerce products, they are not downloadable. You can try using a third-party plugin like WooCommerce Autocomplete Orders, which some of our other users have found helpful in the past. The following articles from WooCommerce may also be helpful:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThanks! Would be a very cool feature to add to the tickets plugin you guys have. That autocomplete orders plugin is great, but on some sites it deactivates itself when software updates occur.

KeymasterHi Bodhi,
You are not the first user to ask about this, so I can see it being a useful feature as well. Would you mind posting it as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m glad the plugin is working for you…not sure why it would be deactivating, but hopefully it offers a good solution for you for the time being!
If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
