New Order Notification Emails Suddenly Stop Sending

Hi, on April 5 “new order” notification emails suddenly stopped going out. Is this an issue created by the recent WC3.0 incompatibility nightmare?

We are sorry to hear about the email notification stopping suddenly on your installation.

Is this an issue created by the recent WC3.0 incompatibility nightmare?

We have released an update to Event Tickets Plus today that should fix the WooCommerce 3 issues some of our customers have unfortunately experienced.

If you have not already, I would highly recommend upgrading, after a database backup, of course.

When that type of issue arises, you can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether, which typically fixes everything.

Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
