New Licence Key not working

    Have just purchased a licence key but it is not working. I’m getting the following message:

    “There is a new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is invalid. View what’s new with version 4.4.2. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.”

    I have been into My Account and there are no existing URLs associated with this key.
