    New install w latest Community Events plugin.
    When user adds new event and uses an existing venue and/or organizer the saved draft is missing all that information. It also creates blank venue and organizer entries that appear under the admin as (no title). Uploaded photo is also not saved in the draft when user selects existing venue and/or organizer.
    In fact – is there a way to turn off that selection process and force them to enter all the details. Don’t want people selecting details that might not be theirs anyways.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having these issues. Can you confirm your Community settings for me?

    Do you have anonymous submissions on or off?

    What is your ‘Default Status for Submitted Events’ set to (Draft, Pending Review, or Published)?

    I just want to make sure my settings are identical to yours, so I can attempt to replicate this. Thanks!

    anonymous is set to off.
    Default status for submitted events is set to draft.
    Is there a way to disable users being able to select venues or organizers that they didn’t enter?

    Hi mediawire, all sorts of customizations are possible – we can’t always provide a complete drop-in solution but definitely create a new thread (so we can focus on the main problem in this one) and if it’s possible to point you in the right direction one of the team will happily do so 🙂

    Regarding the drafts missing information, we’ve been unable to replicate this so far. I do note that you tried deactivating all other plugins (except for The Events Calendar and Community Events, hopefully!) – but can you also confirm if at the same time you tried running through this process with only a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve running?
