there have been some changes with the plugin.

Can you let me know where the documentation is so i can understand what … Share capacity with other tickets …. means?

Also i am hoping that the update solves the issue with separate tickets for recurring events? at the moment i have to separate them and add a ticket. has this been resolved in the new update?

Hi Alyson,

Thanks for reaching out!

“Share capacity with other tickets” is what was previously referred to as “global stock”. This means that on any event, if a user buys a ticket that shares its capacity with other tickets, the available stock for the other tickets will decrease by one as well. You can find instructions on how tickets work here.

Unfortunately support for recurring tickets was not included in the latest release. Sorry to disappoint you there! This is a feature we are working on, but I don’t have a timeline yet as to when it will be released. If you haven’t done so already, I would recommend casting your vote on the request for this feature here. This helps us determine which new features are of the most interest to our users and lets you stay up to date on progress.
