    So… I went in tonight to purchase my $79 license renewal, and when I did it, instead of being able to use the plugin, it said that I still hadn’t renewed my license. Looking on both your site and on my site, when I uploaded the plugin, it said, license expired.

    After going through a feedback loop of support links on your site. I just decided to try purchasing it again, in hopes that you would refund me my first $79.00 renewal purchase that didn’t work.

    The good news is, I am now successfully and officially renewed and ready to rock Event Tickets Plus… but the bad news is… I am out almost $160.

    I would love to have my first $79 refunded when you get a chance.
