    Hi there,

    We are trying to see if Event Tickets Plus is a good fit for our clients Ballon Ride Excursion website to replace the ticketing system they already have in place. One of the questions that came up include:

    • Since their operation is very dependent on weather conditions, they often have to cancel trips at the last minute due to poor weather. They are wanting to know if events are cancelled, is there any notification options that will email customers that had purchased tickets?

    Let me know what notification options are included or if you have documentation on that part that I missed.

    Hey Gregory, great question!

    Event Tickets Plus actually does not include any notification features when an event is changed or cancelled.

    That said, the contact information for attendees is indeed captured and can be exported to the email marketing service of your choice (e.g. MailChimp or Campaign Monitor) so that you can email folks of the change all at once.
