Need to insert Introduction text before the Community Submission Form

I need to add 2 sentences above the submission form to let people know that they need a username and password in order to add their event.

Where is the best place to add this information? Thanks

You should be able to add this code to your theme’s functions.php file to add some text to the login form: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/7360689
