    Hello folks,

    I was very excited to learn about your calendar plugin. It is beautiful and seemed to be just what we needed. I purchased the Calendar Pro plugin as it supports recurring events. However, we have a need to RSVP for all events, which I have just now learned is not possible:

    “Please note that right now, recurring events are not supported with tickets, and attempting to set up tickets on a recurrence pattern will not work. We’re working on this for the next major release, since we realize it’s in high demand, and will update this page at that point.”

    While I support your initiative and think you have one of the best looking calendars out there, I will need to seek out other options (RSVP’ing with all of the events, many of which are recurring, is an absolute requirement), so can you please assist me by refunding us and closing our account?

    I’m really sorry to hear that our plugins didn’t meet your needs, but I appreciate your politeness despite your dissatisfaction and just wanted to comment on that 🙂 Thank you David!

    We can definitely issue a refund here – we offer 100% refunds within 30 days of purchase. To actually process your refund can you forward a copy of your original receipt order email after you bought your license to [email protected]? This is not a PayPal receipt email or something like that; it’s from http://theeventscalendar.com directly and should feature the “Order Number” pretty prominently in the top of the email.

    We’ll process the refund immediately from there.
