Need help with renewing license

The following message appears on my dashboard in WordPress:
“There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is expired. Visit the Modern Tribe website to renew your license.”

When I click the link to renew, it asked for a username and password. As this is a for a client, somebody before me originally obtained the license and therefore I do not know the username or password. This organization is also a non-profit, but it appears we have the PRO license.

I need to get the event calendar working again and I’m not sure where to begin. Guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We have a nonprofit program to get the licenses for free if you qualifiy:

You could try that to get a new license.

If not please email us at [email protected] and explain the situation and and please let us know in the email you do not have access to the original username. We can then provide a coupon to you to purchase a plugin at the renewal rate.
