The vast majority of our user base is using Outlook.
Their expectation is that when they click these buttons (see below), they can add THAT event and that event only to their Outlook calendar.

iCal Export
That sounds good. Trouble is, when folks use that iCal button, they get a file, and can either open/save/download… what they get opens up an entire new calendar within Outlook. A separate calendar (within outlook, under “Other Calendars”) called “Horizon Solutions”. And yes, you can navigate by date within this second calendar and see the event that they originally clicked on.
IMHO, that’s actually a cool feature. But it is just too complex.
Is there a simpler way?
