Need help setting column width in "Events" screen

Hi there,

When I go into the Events screen in my WP Dashboard, the first column (“Title”) is VERY tiny, while others are much larger. So one event then takes up an entire screen! This is very inconvenient. How can I adjust the column width or delete unnecessary columns? When I look under “Posts”, the title column is much wider, so it’s readable. In “Events”, it is 1-3 letters wide only.

I searched on the Knowledge Base and also on WordPress’s website, but found nothing.

Okay, after more searching on WordPress, I found this solution:

Most of my searches turned up how to set columns for other plugins, not a general WordPress setting, but this solved it.

We are sorry to hear about the wp-admin display for Events being uneven.

That said, we are super impressed that you singlehandedly found the solution.

This issue usually happens when third-party plugins add extra columns to the backend (the most common one being SEO plugins). As a result, the different columns “fight” for space.
