Need help locating paragraph on submit events

Hello,

I need help locating the paragraph that is over the submit event form, and the view events form. It seems this is the same paragraph on both of these pages, and I need this paragraph to be different on either page. I do not know which php file this paragraph is in within the theme. If you could please tell me the file name?

I visited http://bhnetworking.com/events/community/add and saw the paragraph.

I used the browser inspector and saw that it’s coming from CSS: https://cl.ly/282z043b3L1p

Please contact your web developer for how this got there and, obviously, it’s suggested to remove it.
