Need guidance

Hey guys, I’m using this because the Avada folks recommend it. I’ve got one (but potentially a lot more) nonprofit organizations that need a system like this to help register volunteers. But I’m on a tight deadline – willing to pay for some help getting this customized. Basically, I need a calendar system to let folks register in a food bank just like this page.

The registrant checks the calendar, sees what’s available, clicks and registers. That’s it!

Can you guide me a bit (sorry, I’m NOT technical).
