Need an add-on for recurring events

I only need the function to enable recurring events (no ticket sales or any of that, etc).

Do i need an add-on, and if so what do I need and what is the cost?

Recurring events is a feature within Events Calendar Pro. The annual cost for a personal license at this time is $89.
